Is there a hotkey for 'center on selected item'?

I know there’s one in IV, I use it all the time.

I thought there was one in III but I can’t seem to find it. If you know where it is or what it’s called please let me know.

If I remember correctly, it’s just “space bar”.

no on default thats on attack move, lemme check

edit: its space on legacy keys and control-space on default

its located in find units subtab and called find selection, which moves camera over to it like center on selected item does in 4

Thanks, that helps a lot. I was looking for ‘center on selected unit’.

When your hotkey has a red asterisk by it - that means it’s double up somewhere, right? I don’t see the red asterisk anywhere else, is there any way to find it other than going through one item at a time and looking for it?

It’s good to have the ‘find selection’ key, it’s hard to play the game without it.

conflicts are only ever a problem if you have both commands in question available at the same time, just make sure to have allow conflicts enabled

If you can’t remember the hotkey in an emergency, I think you can also center it by pressing on the unit portrait in the UI.
Or was it in legacy?? Oh well, give it a shot :sweat_smile:
