Running into a lot of toxicity lately, it starts to ruin the fun.

I’d like that to be an option, too.
Just the option to disable all chats pre-game, in-game and post-game. And in a way that other players also see that you’ve disabled chat entirely.
bad mannered players can really spoil the fun and sometimes you’re just not in the mood to deal with it

Open scores overlay, or any overlay like on-screen keyboard, and place it over chat box so you can’t see anything being said.

The pre-game chat, the in-game-chat and the post-game chat are all in different locations on screen, so this doesn’t work. Even if it would, this wouldn’t be an attractive option. Thanks anyways.
