Is this a legal issue? The EULA Agreement wont display

Here is the screenshot and I could not surpass it until I accept the terms and it wont display, I think it must be a legal issue. It has been 36 hours I could not believe I am not able to play the game.

Just accept without reading it.

I have done it the same way August 2023 now I want to know why it wont display. Why would the USLA wont be fixed.

And let them legally able to kill me for eating in a Microsoft restaurant? Nah

It has been 2 days and 12 hours(60) and I m still unable to load the agreement, things are gonna be grim, I am a legal buyer of the game and I have every right I think if the issue is about the end user license agreement. If there is a problem with user software license agreement then we need to take this above to the devs I hope so.

I am going to point something out I said on steam.

However, I will mention something I noticed recently. You can always bypass this EULA by launching the game in the programs directory directly without it showing up but… That would apply that you are ā€˜agreeing’ with the EULA in that case even without accepting it… Sort of? Kind of a gray area… (Not a lawyer so, I could not say for sure… but, that IS the point of an EULA for software…)

(It still shows up via steam if you don’t agree and launch it outside of steam so… shrugs)

Again, I will still advise against doing it but, I kinda already did it so… Whoops…

edit: (speculation) I suppose a possible argument for this would be: Once the EULA is fixed/readable, I can then ā€œdisagree or agreeā€ with it? shrugs

edit: Oh, it’s fixed now. Please be sure to read it.

edit: It seems pretty standard. I think the most important part is this:
