I purchased this game for a family member who has been enjoying it since it’s initial release. But since around January 26 game has become and playable. Anytime that the game is now attempted to be played it becomes unresponsive moments after the launch. The family member says that they can instruct two villagers to start building a house and then attempt to build another one with the third villager but not be able to. They have attempted as much as they can think of to resolve this issue but all has failed. Some of the things that they have attempted were
system Restore,
Installing and then reinstalling the game (twice),
Setting the games settings back to default,
Updating drivers and windows,
Any other ideas or ways to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated
