It can be used to translate the Western Xia script into Chinese, which may help you understand it and ultimately read it out in order to create simple Tangut language lines for Tangut, such as “attack”, “yes, obey orders”, etc. Of course, if you want to use it in battles, you need to understand more. Western Xia script is an academic research, culture, and hobby in present-day China, and some people use it for calligraphy learning or poetry recitation. Officially defined, Western Xia culture is a type of tourism cultural resource that is constantly being promoted. So if anyone wants to create more authentic Western Xia phonetics, they can contact these Chinese enthusiasts (I may know how to find them online, such as Arum Natzorkhang, who is proficient in and understands Chinese and various ancient languages. However, it is not clear whether they are willing, at least your Tangut mod needs substantial progress to be more convincing).
