Issue:
it takes about 15 secs to be able to read and answer a chat notification
Trigger Event:
receive a chat notification (you wont know what kind of notification is until you click in the name of your profile bar unfortunetly (diferent notificaitons should have different colors) click in chat notification and try to see the message, watch video in repro steps section below.
