Ivory Coast map- unable to torp mines

Ivory Coast map’s gold mines often spawn in unfavourable locations to allow more than 3 torps on a mine. The south mines often spawn to close to the trade line/sea/trees, and the north ones occasionally spawn too close to the cliff or native TP.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Attempt to build torps around mines in Ivory Coast.

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

I’d ideally be able to build up to 4 torps on silver mines and 4-5 on gold mines.
