[Japan – Age VI Landmark Bug] Tanegashima-Gunsmith allows infinite unit spawning (tickets not consumed)

Issue:

When playing as the Japanese civilization and building the final Age VI landmark (Tanegashima-Gunsmith), it is possible to spawn an unlimited number of units.
The tickets inside the landmark are not consumed, allowing the spawn ability to be triggered infinitely. This results in a major exploit and game imbalance.

Trigger Event:

The player completed the Tanegashima-Gunsmith landmark in Age VI while playing Japan and used the unit spawning ability.

Repro Steps:

  1. Start a Climatic Chaos match with the Japanese civilization.
  2. Construct the Tanegashima-Gunsmith landmark in Age VI.
  3. Use the ability to spawn units.
  4. Observe: The tickets are not consumed, allowing infinite unit spawning.

Reproducibility: Only occurs in Spring (100% in that season).

Developer Note / Hypothesis:
It seems that the ticket cost value (ticket cost = 1) is being set to 0 under certain conditions, which causes the tickets not to be consumed.
