Japanese build limit in lightning // Japanese and gauntlet

Issue:

When playing lightning as japanese, the build limit for villagers remains as 100 (and not 50 like other civs).

Also, after 7 gauntlets, I can confirm that something is preventing japanese gods to be elegible for enemies.

Trigger Event:

Start a lightning match as japanese (skirmsh or aotg)
