For Japanese, they have the Rocket Emplacement on their Castle (Japanese Keep) and can upgrade their Town Centers to have it as well.
Strangely, the Rocket Emplacement cannot shoot over Stone Walls even though the Rocket itself shoots very high up and then down, which would work perfectly to shoot over.
The Castle’s (Keep) Springald and Cannon Emplacements can shoot at a particular unit over Stone Walls most of the time, but the same unit could not be hit by the Rocket Emplacement.

This blocking behavior of Stone Walls is the same for both Castles and Town Centers.
This is only strange because of the fact that the Rocket shoots very high up and then down.
