Jeanne d’Arc - Divine Arrow sometimes has no cooldown, allowing her to rapidly use her Q till all charges are used up.
There’s a player on the ladder named “Cuno” who uses Jeanne’s arrow ability with no cooldown. Devs can check his replays for evidence of the bug.
I guess the trick to ignore the cooldown is to quickly use the Q ability then move, then Q ability then move.
