Kamos can't drop or deposit relics

Issue:

Kamos, the hero unit, cannot drop relics or deposit them in temples.
Noticed it during the second part of “16. Good Advice” in the Fall of the Trident Campaign, when you get control of Kamos.

Trigger Event:

Kamos picks up a relic but cannot drop or deposit it.

Repro Steps:

1. Select the unit Kamos
2. Order Kamos to pick up a relic
3. Kamos canno’t drop or deposit the relic

Update:
It appears that the relic got 0hp after I put Kamos into a transport boat and that is what is preventing him from depositing or dropping the relic.
