Issue:
When you go Khaganate Palace and immediatly go for IMPROVED Military Production, nothing changes. Units get produced at the same speed. When you go normal Military Production, they do get produced faster. If you research IMPROVED after that, it does nothing.
The improved version is bugged and needs to be fixed ASAP with the Khaganate Palace!
