The Khaganate Palace is producing Early Lancers. A unit the Mongols no longer even have. Tested in a Skirmish match in Sandbox mode.

Steps to reproduce.
Khaganate Palace produces Early Lancers unit if player hasn’t upgrade Elite Lancers. Produce Lancers from Khaganate palace won’t be upgraded to Elite Lancers even after the upgrade is completed. Maybe because the upgrade only applies to regular Lancers unit.
