What windows or xbox family safety settings changes do I need to make to enable my kid to play multiplayer? The button to even enter multiplayer is disabled at the start screen.
Any tips in this topic?
Hey @chrishter, the best way to get help is to just create a new topic instead of necroing an old post.
That being said, I think this is what you are looking for:
Sign in to Xbox Official Site: Consoles, Games and Community | Xbox.
If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and will not be able to change the settings successfully.
Set “allow” to the settings in this screenshot:
If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to Xbox Official Site: Consoles, Games and Community | Xbox
This is from a forum post regarding Minecraft, but I believe the same settings apply here:
Enable Multiplayer on Microsoft Account - Microsoft Community
