The Koreans’ in-game tech tree says they can’t research Arson, but they can.

100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Play a skirmish game without full tech tree enabled as Koreans.
Look at the tech tree and see that it says you can’t research Arson.
Advance to the Castle Age and research Arson.

Presumably the tech tree should say they can research Arson.
