Some objectives in Kotyan Khan 1,3 and 4 are not translated. The problem is that the string table IDs for the short descriptions are wrong. Below you find the correct string table IDs:

Same issue, I have the Italian and latest version of the game. Some objectives in Kotyan Khan missions are untranslated, exactly as OP said.

Yes, this issue concerns every language other than English.
