After the first transport ship arrives at Nanchang, you are given control over the base and a small army. One of the units your receive is an onager, but the Chinese no longer have access to onagers; you should be given a rocket cart instead.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Begin the scenario. Escort the first transport ship to Nanchang.
  2. Gain control of the base and a small army.
  3. Notice that you now have an onager, which should be impossible. It should be a rocket cart.

Receive a rocket cart instead of an onager.
