Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play as Lakota
  2. Unlock the fireflies HC customization
  3. Observe no fireflies

There should be fireflies if the description says there are fireflies

Update: clicking different backgrounds and restarting the game several times eventually resolved the issue. There is no clear reason that it resolved and it appears to be repeated to the initial unlock
