Landcaster's A House Unified buff should also apply to Hobelar, Yeoman, and the Spearmen

Current A House United - “Each Active Keep grants +1 damage to Demilancers and Earl’s Guards, to a maximum of +4. This bonus can be increased to +6 with the Berkshire Palace.”

I suggest the Lancaster’s A House Unified buff should also apply to Hobelar, Yeoman, and the Spearmen.

Because building 6 keeps is already a pretty crazy requirement for most games and hardly anyone builds for the keep buffs as is. Even if you use both keep landmarks, you still need to spend another 3600 stone for the full benefit. At that point you might just be better going knights.

Specifically I am only suggesting dark age and feudal units built in the castle age, as buffing handcannon’s/knights/siege would likely be too strong.

Additionally, in patch 15.2.7380 Lancaster Castle was changed so instead of more units, each manor reduced the cost of each muster by 50 of each resource… but it actually reduces the cost by only 25 per resource. Is that a bug? Right now Lancaster Castle is considered extremely weak.

In regards to Lancaster Castle, not a bug, it’s reducing each of the two resources by 25 each for a total of 50.

Next I would love the Lancaster Castle to count as a keep or go towards the house unified to make that a bit more achievable in meeting the total possible amount.

While keeps are yes expensive, you do get 3 earls guard back which is similar to their town centers where you get sheep back. It may not exactly seem like it, but you are trading resources and getting a portion back, and while not a simple discount of X% off it does make it more achievable as well. Especially when the earls guard benefit from building that keep more.

Another idea I had was that the upgrade to limit how many manors you can build is kind of unnecessary because the manor’s income being based on the number of nearby villagers will already highly incentive you to not manor spam.

I think they should set the starting cap at 10, then re-use those upgrades to instead each increase the housing provided by manors by 5 per upgrade, so 20 per manor if you get both upgrades. For the upgrades to be worth it then though, they would have to be cheaper.

I’m not 100% sure in that idea. I do feel the tech upgrade to get more manors is reasonable and in line with other civs like Chinese where you have to get both landmarks to move to the next dynasty or Abbasid where you have to build more buildings to get a higher golden age or golden horde with more ovoos to get more stone benefits. Like each have a small do something to get something style ideology and the manor tech is in line with that.
