Yeah i know they cant have more then one at the same time.
The Tang Dynasty bonus seems pretty weak to me compared to the others. The Scout bonus really only matters at the beginning of the game. So why should the player choose this weak dynasty at the mid or even late game?
But thats just my humble opinion…
