Last patch and oversights

In the last patch almost every unit that deals crush damage has been buffed, however there are some oversights.

For example, they forgot to buff Wen Zhong’s, Polyphemus’, and all water myth units’ crush damage accordingly.
Now a mythic-age regular cyclop deals more damage to buildings than Polyphemus.

They also buffed Zeus’ hoplites giving them +10% bonus against buildings, but meanwhile they left Horus’s axemen and Tyr’s huskarls unchanged, their respective techs against buildings haven’t been buffed accordingly.

Post other oversights if you find any.

Every unit not affected yet by the damage increase vs buildings so far:

  • All naval myth units
  • Wen Zhong
  • Polyphemus
  • Horus’ axemen (Axe of vengeance tech)
  • Tyr’s huskarls (Bravery tech)
  • Regular destroyer (7,5x multiplier instead of 8x)

Polyphemus and water myth units still suck vs buildings after the buildings patch.

I suggest you report all of this in the “Report a Bug” subforum; sometimes the devs only read that section due to time constraints.

Water MU are terrible at breaking ports. It’s just a crying shame. The Huskarls won’t get any buffs because the northerners have been nerfed since the release. No one cares about Horus’s axemen because Egypt fights with towers, catapults, and scarabs. So no one complains. Besides, not a single pro player bothers to improve their axemen enough to complain about it. They win/lose before the Mythic Age.
Everyone simply forgot about Polyphemus.

This is a very important thread and have my upvote but I encourage you guys to post this on the bug report sections as well.
