Poles might be the new tower rush civ. HP regen helps out with the repair fights, farm bonus helps a bit in keeping the eco smooth, mining stone without needing gold means getting stuff like fletching is even easier.

HP regen sounds overrated af for vill fights really. It’s so slow it’s rarely going to win you vill fights anyway. M@a tower sounds like a better deal with Poles.
