Issue:
There is a bug with the Mongol civilization regarding the Battering Ram production time. Normally, the production time in the Siege Workshop is 35 seconds. However, after researching the Lightweight Beams (Improved) technology, the build time for Battering Rams incorrectly increases to 140 seconds instead of decreasing or staying the same.
Trigger Event:
The issue occurs immediately after completing the research of Lightweight Beams (Improved) at the Siege Workshop or the Ovoo.
Repro Steps:
- Play as the Mongols and reach the Castle Age (Age III).
- Build a Siege Workshop.
- Check the Battering Ram production time (it should be 0:35).
- Research Lightweight Beams (Improved).
- Check the Battering Ram production time again. It will have increased to 140 seconds.
- This issue is 100% reproducible.
