Issue:
Limtanei does not increase movement speed in elite when teardrop sheilds is researched in castle age.
if we research tear drop sheilds in castle the movement speed goes from 1.25 to 1.44 and then elite stays 1.44.
whereas if we make limtanei elite first 1.25 to 1.3 and then research tear drop shields it goes from 1.3 to 1.49.
Also the description for the elite healer elephant is incorrect.
