List of suggestions for upcoming patches. (2024)

Exactly!

Unfortunately, the old Home Cities are ugly compared to those added from TAD DLC to currently.

BTW. Amsterdam, unfortunately, is the most boring of all HCs in game.

Gran Colombia (All game modes)

Bonus.

  1. Greater Colombia loses the ability to build barracks and can build Military Camps instead.
  2. Mercenary shipments now also unlock the unit for creation in bars, Marcenarian camps and Military Camps.

Note: The Military Camp is basically a Maltese hospital customized for this revolution. :slightly_smiling_face:

New cards.
Argentina Reinforcements: Send 20 mounted grenadiers that heal themselves while standing and can promote to increase their attack range and attack speed.

Chile Reinforcements: Send 20 Death Hussars that heal themselves while standing still and can promote to increase their movement speed.

Improved Mercenaries: Mercenaries get +15% hit points and attack.

Mercenary Camps: Upgrades Taverns into Mercenary Camps that get cost -50%, build time -25%, build bounty and hit points -50%, auto gather coin -60%, build limit +3, and offer a fixed assortment of German mercenaries: Landsknechts, Jaegers, Giant Grenadiers, Black Riders, Pandours.

Land Grab: Mills, Livestock Pens, and Estates cost -40% and build time -75%

Textile Mill: Villagers gather coin from Estates, Fields, Haciendas, and Rice Paddies 25% faster; Haciendas auto gather coin 25% faster

Gran Colombian Haciendas: Villagers gather from Haciendas 25% faster; send 4 Hacienda construction carts.

HaitĆ. (All game modes)

I think that this revolution should be redone, although I don’t even know where to start making changes. :face_exhaling:

The build speed should affect all types of mounted archers.

Yes, the mesocivs are based on their AoE 2 counterparts (15th-16th centuries), that’s why they don’t use cavalry or gunpowder and have infantry that takes that place…the native North American civs are later (17th-19th centuries ) that’s why they use gunpowder and cavalry, they are based on historical issues, not so much on gameplay issues…

Yes, but it is very borderline…the Inca Empire per se did not have gunpowder and cavalry (I accept Tupac Amaru’s revolution) and the Mayans perhaps Chan Santa Cruz…

Yes, that is true… but it is to allow the native North American civs to have something to attack…

Well there are design issues, remember that the WoL civs are not very balanced so to speak…

There it could be, it would be adding some other card and that’s it…

Cuando agreguen la civ argentina quizĆ”s xd…

Maybe they come with the new dlc?..

But with the Mapuches it is fine, because like the Lakotas, the Mapuches became a cavalry civ in the 18th century…

Sure, you touch something from a civ and you have to touch everything…

I see the first as impossible, the second as improbable, but it could be…

Maybe next year with Tupi and Mapuche…

That already exists in the game…it is the Field Hospital and the Surgeon…

It is not possible because the houses have construction limits and boosting nearby units is already done by the Lakota teepes…

The Livestock Pens already do that…

You already have the explorers with their unique skins…

It seems good to me, I agree with the revolutionary theme…

Of course that would be great, they can even sell you new customizable HCs in dlcs xd…

It’s because they didn’t have others, they were villages in the forests and plains xd…

Of course, like Quasimodo in Notre Dame in the HC of Paris… they can also put an afrosamurai as the explorer skin cough cough AC Shadows cough cough (although in this case it’s fine, since Yasuke was N0bunaga’s protĆ©gĆ©)…

I think they do look like actual cities…what we see of London is Picadilly and the Tower of London, of Paris the Seine and Notre Dame, Lisbon the Belem tower, of Seville (Spain) the Torre de Oro and so on…

Yes, but it is understood that they were civs from the base game and they were the first…Amsterdam is rescued a little by the Fluyt to the right…

I’d like to see a couple of additional Revolutionary civ home city designs, just to mix it up a little (maybe more representative of the region they’re based on).

The Age I shipment Forest Mother shipment changed from: Ships 9 Deer to: Ships 6 or 7 Deer and can be sent Infinite times.

A new Age II shipment that sends 3 Rams and unlocks the ability to construct Siege Workshops in Age II allowing for the training of Rams one age early.

The Age III Environmentalism shipment changed from: Trees last 400% longer; Forest Prowlers and Musket Riders cost wood instead of coin to: Trees last 400% longer, Tomahawks and Kanya Horseman cost coin instead of wood.

A new Age IV shipment that spawns 1 tree from each Longhouse and enables the ability for Longhouses to plant a new tree ( costs 100 Food and has a cooldown) around it and enables the Longhouse to auto gather from these new trees.

Can you elaborate on the ā€œEnvironmentalismā€ change? What’s the point of turning all my units to gold cost when your next idea of age IV ā€œtree farmā€ synergizes way better with all of my units costing wood.
If I go for new environmentalism there’s no point in getting that tree spawn shipment since why would I need more wood, I dont have any units costing wood.

Environmentalism in it’s current form needs to provide wood gathering buff and if we really want it to be able to switch from all wood to all coin then it respectively needs to increase gold gathering speed.

Rams,Mantlets,Light Cannons,Canoes and War Canoes as well as Natives on maps would still have a wood cost to them not to mention the cost of buildings to build and repair so having a way to still get wood would be nice if you chose to use Environmentalism or not.

WHY devs remove the ā€œplus iconsā€ on the Field Hospital and the Surgeon??? Now it is difficult to quickly notice and distinguish them on the map!
