Live spectators cannot see rest of game after game pause

Game Version:

• Build: 101.101.36202.0 4819260 (31.3. build)
• Platform: Steam
• Operating System: Windows 10

Issue:

In live game pause sometimes stay paused for rest of game for live spectator after player unpauses. this has happened in multiple streams too. All spectators will face same issue for game

Issue might be caused when player who unpauses is not same as who pauses game

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

1. Spectate live game
2. player pauses game
3. player unpauses game (different than player who paused game)
4. all spectators will see still game as paused and cannot see rest of game.
