Sending the TEAM Early Skirmishers card, saving the game, then loading it at a later date undoes the effects of the card.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play Skirmish as French
  2. Send the card
  3. Save your game
  4. Load the saved game you just made
  5. Check your Barracks

It shouldn’t do that.
