Lobby still dropping as of latest patch

patch says fixed but not fixed, custom game lobbies still drops on start randomly

Same applies to this “fix”, it was not fixed:
“Patrolling units will evacuate construction sites to let Villagers start building.”

Not sure if they know what they are fixing or releasing…
