Despite completing Day 5 at the Lunar New Year 2022 Event, I have a “Captain Huang” skin locked for Chinese Explorer.

:lock: Deal 2022 damage with Axehilt the Tame Tiger or Wagner the Pet White Tiger as the Indians.
:trophy: Profile Icon Unlock – A water Tiger statue, a gift of strength and braveness.
:brick: Shaolin Master customization – Captain Huang.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Complete Day 5 during the Lunar New Year 2022 Event
  2. Have the skin locked for Chinese Explorer “Captain Huang”

It could be a bug in unlocking the content of that Day 5.

After update 61213 I have both skins blocked (both Lao Chen and Captain Huang).

It’s worse than it was…

The event is over, but the “Captain Huang” skin is still locked…

Hey there @MUTYLATOR5553, could you let me know what your user ID No. is? It’s the number of the save folder in C:\Users\<user>\Games\Age of Empires 3 DE and will be many numbers long. You can send it to me in a message if you’d prefer.

From that, we are able to check the server side status of you profile and force-award the items if need be. I can’t promise it would be resolved soon, but we may be able to take look at it!
