Loki Myth-Spawn Rate bugged (heavily increased)

Issue:

Loki is currently busted (since the balancing update Update 18.7603, on february 27th) in ranked and quickplay.
his spawnrate of myth-units has greatly increased and especially increased when hitting non-fighting buildings like houses (which shouldnt contribute to the mythspawn-rate). The bug is currently still present with DLC China Release Build ( Update 18.9036). Essentially PvP is now heavily screwed, which also reflects on the Loki winrates.

It honestly baffles the mind how this gamebreaking stuff did not get hotfixed immediately and ALSO did not get fixed (or loki removed from ranked play) with the china update, as clearly a lot of work and bugfixing was done on this update. The issue is also widely known throughout the community.

Well to be frank here, I know its a well recognized issue. Why did you let it pass on the china-update and/or not disable loki for competitive play?

I can confirm this is indeed happening. I noticed it playing campaign where I found really strange how myth units where popping everywhere.
