:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

The game lost connection to multiplayer service right as I found a game and got a 10 time out for it.
I didn’t do anything I could not even see what map I got also I was live streaming and did not loose internet connection.

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Happened a few times a couple of days back but I was not streaming or stream recording and got the 5 minutes time out from it.

  • Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)

No idea how to reproduce that consistently

Not loose the connection to multi player service. also not get a time out when I’m not doing anything wrong so that I can play the game that I paid for.

It’s during the ranked queue, not in a game so no game recording.

There was a server maintenance.

Yes indeed, that was hours before it and already happened a couple of days before as well. This is how I got the 5min time out before that 10 one.
