Lost profile pictures from US challenge event after reinstall + other unlocked portraits

When I reinstalled AOE3 after my harddrive/computer broke down I noticed that I no longer could use any of the US portraits. When I did the challenge I completed all of them and unlocked them all. Is there a way to get back access to these?

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Reinstall game
  2. “New” computer even if the same but fixed

I would keep my profile pictures ingame?

Hi @everyone,

For now, the data for Profile Avatars is stored locally and can be transferred by copying the jrgb.to file from your users folder to the new computer.

The file is located here:

C:\Users\<user>\Games\Age of Empires 3 DE\<0>\Users

We are working to improve this system so this data can be shared between computers more easily though that file should be transferred if cloudsync is enabled on Steam/Windows Store/Xbox App.

How can I recover it if I lost my entire hard drives information and things. The US DLC is still unlocked but the portraits won’t return.
