Lost track of game and Masteries not being considered

Just finished playing Skirmish game with French at Hardest AI for achieving final Mastery quest and after quite some time I managed to achieve victory. Unfortunately it seems that the game got disconnected at some point during the time I was playing and even though it reconnected after it, it’s not showing neither the match in match list (for seeing replay) nor the Mastery. What it is showing Achievement. Any idea on how to get it available (both replay and mastery)?

Same thing happened today while playing English. Match got disconnected, Achievements were recorded, but no masteries or replay.

Unfortunately being disconnected will cause this to happen currently. We are aware and looking into it. Apologies!
