Change idea. If a tower, outpost, or other structure dies, then all territory tiles that it has vision of, but no other structure or unit has vision of becomes unexplored.
New structure: Royal library of maps. While a royal library is present, towers, outposts, and other structures do not un-explore surrounding territory when they die. However, when a royal library is destroyed, the entire map is unexplored.
