I have the same problems! I contacted the support, they couldnt help me. Pls fix it! :(((( After 2200hours into the game i get really annoyed by this >.<

Has anyone managed to get this bug sorted? Holy shit, it’s been almost a year, and I can’t believe the devs are still doing nothing about it. every time I bring this up, their attitude is like: “Like I said, it’s a known issue” (as if I didn’t already know). I’m not promising anything about bug will ever be fixed, and even if it is, we’re not sure if you will get the rewards you earned anyway".
This makes me sick. My account is being punished for absolutely no wrongdoing, and the best part is we’re not even told when or if this penalty will ever be lifted.

I also actively agree with you. I truly agree with you. It’s already been almost a year and I still don’t fix the missing reward bug. I think this doesn’t make sense.
I’ve been too aggressive with bug enquiries about missing rewards, but I’m still leaving it unattended.
