Lure God Power still plays Effects when Deleted

Issue: When the Lure God Power is cast and deleted the place where it was still plays the Audio and Visual Effects.

Step 1. Cast the Lure God Power.
Step 2. Delete it.
Step 3. Watch and Listen the effects are still active.
