Lykaon Cannot Transform During Ceasefire

Issue:

Lykaons that have turned into werewolves don’t seem to be able to transform while the Ceasefire god power (or Calm Before the Storm random event) is active.

Trigger Event:

While the Ceasefire god power, or similar effects are active, Lykaons don’t seem to be able to use their transformation to turn back into villagers.

Repro Steps:

  1. Player 1 plays as Demeter with Pan as a minor god, and uses a Lykaon to attack so they transform into a werewolf (they will need the upgrade so the Lykaon can turn back into a villager).

  2. Player 2 plays as Poseidon or Zeus with Hermes as a minor god. Player 2 then casts Ceasefire after Player 1 has transformed their Lykaon.

  3. Player 1 attempts to turn Lykaon back into a villager while Ceasefire is active.
