Trigger Event:

Play a replay and as another player(it probably requires a civ that is not macedonian) hover over macedonian tech that requires silver and examine its costs

Repro Steps:

Play above replay and as rus (asdfer, me) hover over macedonian tech that requires silver and examine its costs
