And Eagle Warriors and Jaguar Warriors clearly have actually fought against the Spanish, but they are not erased from the game. Guess why?
Ill love the human sacrifice mechanic. Make it real plz haha. (bet they will not)
yes bro, you are right. U the best! LOVE u.
There is a thing called logic and reasoning.
And you still haven’t clarified the logic from “erasing Andrew Jackson is political correctness” to “changing farmer to some military order is political correctness”.
I have to ask what is your reason for Otonin being more inaccurate?
From what I can tell its based on this story
which is cool if you ask me
He is called General Jackson, now.
Someone swallowed their progressiveness, and made that change, without announcing it.
It should still be “General Andrew Jackson”, but at least they gave him a name that can be traced historically.
Really? I cannot check right now. But this is at least better than “American General”.
Yes, or at least it was so last week, when some bug made me replay quite a few scenarios to unlock a portrait.
My only issue with the rewrite of the campaign is that the original campaign let you learn the strengths and weaknesses of lakota units by having to fight them, so when you finally got to play as them you already knew them in and out. But now you’re dropped into it without any knowledge of how their units work, so you gotta take your time doing it instead of actually managing your eco for the big upcoming battle.
Imo macehualtin sounded way more badass, otontin slinger sounds like the name of a kid’s baseball team.
Also the wol page gives this explanation:
“The macehualtin, who comprised the majority of the Aztec population, labored as farmers, tradesmen, and merchants. During times of war and conquest, they took up arms as needed”
Which would make sense with their role as a primitive skirmisher.
