Main Menu, City Screen, & Buttons Non-functional

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Upon launch, I have no ability to see any civilizations/cities in the background. I cannot click on the vast majority of buttons - skirmish, multiplayer, etc - and if they do allow me to “click”, the game freezes for a second before doing nothing. When I click on the home city button, it takes me to a vacant home city tab with “unknown” civilizations listed across the top. Upon naming my city, the information is not saved, and the game crashes should I click on the deck builder button (the rest of them are non-functional).

All this to say that I legitimately cannot access any functionality of the game at the moment. I’ve verified the game cache, uninstalled and reinstalled on two separate hard drives, and combed the internet for anyone with similar issues.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. I installed the game
  2. I booted it up
  3. Game broken :frowning:
