My first chat message is always delayed by about 30 seconds. If i keep typing i can chat normally from my second message onwards.
If i haven’t sent a message in a while within the same match, the first message is delayed again.

This issue came up a few months ago. I never experienced it before.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play a ranked game.
  2. Write something in chat.
  3. First message will be delayed.
