Lombardia is a fan favourite and makes no sense to have it in and out all the time. In most map rotation votes Lombardia was the most voted. The only times Lombardia did not pass the votes for the next ranked map was when it was not introduced in the list of maps to vote, like now on 22 February rotation.

I wouldn’t want Lombardia as a permanent map. Be a bit boring. I also don’t like how it is more winter feeling, and I don’t like having cows. Sheep are easier to use, and they are better.
Lombardia is a good map for team games, but if there is a clear candidate for permanent addition it would be nomad.
Lombardia could rotate with hill fort in my opinion, as they both share the “team together” feature.
