Repro Steps: Play as Mongols versus Malians. Malian AI creates Mansa Quarry. Cannot be destroyed.

Praise God, I thought I was the only one with this problem. Played a match versus AI, everything is destroyed except for the quarry specific building, stuck at 1 HP.
I have the same problem. Only this Landmark with Mali. I’ve noticed this twice now. Luckily, only against AI. Not in ranked ladder. Has anyone else had this problem against a human opponent?
I have had this issue too, playing on PC. Several times, maybe even every time the AI is Malians and picks this landmark. This probably happens only against AI or it would have gotten more attention.
Please fix it as soon as possible, because it leaves a bad taste to abandon the match, let alone playing 10 more minutes or so to get sacred site win
