Pretty much the title, and it happens since the beta but I never bothered in reporting because I though they will notice.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

This is easily reproducible, just set the game to other language other than english and when you create a scenario, the color mood map is not applied or saved when testing or playing such scenario, I guess this is a localization bug/issue.
