Issue:
I have 4 downvotes on ranked but its showing 2/4 used but they are not used. So i only actually have 2 downvotes?
Trigger Event:
When attempting to downvoting maps.
Repro Steps:
I appear to only have 2 available downvotes out of 4, its showing as 2 already used.
