I reported this in the beta but still no fix. Get this:
When you observe a game, as an observer you can interact with a players queue as in cancel each and everything they have queued like units and techs. Unbelievable!!!

Hey there, definitely something our team is aware of and working on, however actually interacting with the queue will only adjust these for the viewer. This means it’s a visual issue for the observer, and doesn’t actually affect the game.
