When Shipping the Master Surgeon Card, there is no result

• 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play as Germans
2. Ship Master surgeon card

EXPECTED RESULT

I should be able to train surgeons from the church
