I receive the error “Failed to start match: match timed out.” when playing in the ranked queue. The match-making actually completes, but when the countdown reaches 0:00 the loading screen will not be shown and after about 10 seconds this error will pop up.
When it happens, the other people I matched with will start the match but I will result disconnected immediately. My ELO is lost when this issue occurs.

I still have this problem with the latest game update.

Still happening. I am attaching a log. I wonder how many players are reporting my account every time this happens.
