Issue:

I played a game that I won, the enemy surrendered, and the game didn’t appear. At the end of the match, I don’t remember if I saw (+1) or (-1).

Trigger Event:

I don’t know. I remember that at the end of the game it asked me to reconnect, so maybe I was disconnected from multiplayer.

Even though I saw the win on the screen, will it be awarded to me or will I have to forfeit? Because it’s not the first time; I’ve had problems with other matches where the game was closed or canceled, and I’m losing the desire to play. I no longer want to play matches that, if I’m lucky, get canceled; if I’m unlucky, they give me a loss.
